1. Purpose
By browsing this site and using our services you accept these terms. They govern use of the website; engagements are covered by a separate contract signed with each client.
2. Our services
Digital Station provides IT consulting, engineering and integration services. The scope, timeline and deliverables of each engagement are set out in the corresponding proposal and contract.
3. Intellectual property
The content of this site : text, imagery, trade marks and logos belongs to Digital Station. Ownership of deliverables produced during an engagement is defined by the contract agreed with the client.
4. Client responsibilities
Delivering our work depends on receiving the information, access and approvals we need within reasonable timeframes. Delays attributable to these may shift the agreed schedule.
5. Liability
We commit the means necessary to deliver our services properly. We are not liable for indirect losses, nor for interruptions caused by third-party services or by circumstances outside our control.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of Burkina Faso. In the event of a dispute, the parties will seek an amicable resolution before commencing proceedings.
